When you arrive at the Miqat point, take a ritual bath (ghusl) and pray two rak'ahs (sunnah). Then make the intention and begin reciting the Talbiyah. Men wear the ihram garments, women wear civil, clean, and modest clothing. Women should wear a headscarf, but must keep their faces uncovered.
Circle the Ka'bah seven times with your right shoulder facing it. In the first three circuits, men walk with their shoulders exposed (ramal - sunnah). After each circuit, pray two rak'ahs at Maqam Ibrahim.
After completing Tawaf, exit the Masjid al-Haram and head to the hill of Safa. Standing at the beginning of the hill, recite the verse "Indeed, Safa and Marwah are among the symbols of Allah..." Then go back and forth seven times until reaching Marwah.
On the 9th of Dhul Hijjah at noon time, proceed to Arafah. Pray Dhuhr and Asr prayers combined. Continue with uninterrupted supplications, repentance, and dhikr until sunset. This is the most important part of the Hajj pilgrimage.
After Arafah, proceed to Muzdalifah, then to Mina. Perform the first stoning (Jamarat al-Ula). Then slaughter the sacrificial animal, shave or shorten the hair (Tahlul).
